Settlement
Payment is by cash or cheque with
bank guarantee card. We regret credit cards
cannot be accepted.
Deposits
A deposit of £25 per room per night will secure
your booking. Reservations made constitute a
contract.
Check
in / check out
Check in time is from 4:00 p.m. Check out time
is by 10.30 a.m.
Cancellations
Should it be necessary to cancel or curtail a
reservation, we will do our best to re-let the
rooms and refund your deposit. However, if this
is not possible the deposit will be retained.
We regret
that pets other than guide dogs cannot be
accommodated.
Free parking is available on site. Vehicles and
their contents are left at the owner's risk.
Merrimoles is a non-smoking establishment.
