Settlement
Payment is by cash or cheque with
bank guarantee card. We regret credit cards
cannot be accepted.
Deposits
A deposit of £30 per room per night will secure
your booking. Reservations made constitute a
contract.
Check
in / check out
Check in time is from 4:00 p.m. Check out time
is by 10.30 a.m.
Cancellations
Should it be necessary to cancel your booking within
14 days of the due arrival date, we will attempt to
re-let the room/s. If we are unable to re-let, your
deposit will be retained. In the event of
cancellation within 48 hours of the due arrival date,
or should you need to curtail your visit after
arrival, a cancellation charge of the full amount
due will apply.
Pets
We regret
that pets other than guide dogs cannot be
accommodated. |

All rates
are per room per night and include a first class
full English and continental style breakfast
All
bedrooms include colour television, tea/coffee
making facilities, alarm clock radio and hair
drier. An iron and ironing board are available
on request.
Free parking is available on site
during your visit. Vehicles and
their contents are left at the owner's risk.
Wireless
broadband internet access is available at no
extra charge.
